This game is fun enough that the incredibly discouraging state I'm in doesn't bother me so much. I spent a good hour last night losing to a guy who insisted on playing nothing but unlimited ragna.. I figured it was good scrub practice, but still discouraging. I'm at that awkward state where you're trying to learn how to actually play the game, but you get your shit pushed in by the button mashers.
learning curve is a bitch, but I'm just not sure I can see me playing anyone other than Rachel. ah well. Still love this game.

That used to happen when my card had Noel on it, I guess they assumed I D spammed by default. Now that it shows Tager people tend to change from whatever their character is and play Nu or Arakune instead. I love the people who think they can sword spam though. :lol
But yeah, I've seen people close to level 30 who spam moves like crazy, it's pretty sad they usually have a better win record than I do too.

I just went against I think the second Carl I've seen online, he was a level 21. He beat me in the first, I beat him in the second, then he did the damn clap trap. :lol
He must've messed it up somehow because I escaped, he had pretty much no life left after I beat him up, he barrier bursted and grabbed me from behind with the robot. Fuck. =(

For those who get annoyed with numbad notation this place is nice. Pretty exhaustive in their combos too.

Haku seems to have all his potential based on being able to string together short combos and counters so that he always has a stock of megatama in place to....string together short combos and counters. As a Gen player in sf4, his degree of difficulty definitely appeals to me.
