Her name is Stormfront and she has arm bands. They didn't make her a literal skinhead but the symbolism is overt.

after months of stumbling into clips on youtube and all the promotion for the 2nd season i finally gave in and watched the show and i kind of hate it. though its still entertaining enough that i watched the whole thing.
