It saddens me when I see what nick has become, and what it used to be. I actually feel sorry for kids today, as they have to suffer though such cookie cutter crap such as Blues Clues..

Back in the day there was nothing better than Nick...

Salute My Shorts- Bud Budnick 4 life..is all I gotta say.
The Elephant Show-every time I hear "skinamarinkiedinkiedink" song..it takes me back to second grade.
Wild N Crazy Kids: every day after school for 2 years I watched this.
Nick Arcade-considering what kind of board this is.this should hold a special place in everyone's heart.

Shit comes on Nick's other channels. :) But when (and if) they add Salute Your Shorts, I think I might pass a stone. :D

Shows I liked that people don't remember:

The Secret World of Allen Strange
The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo
Space Cases
The Secret World of Alex Mack
The Tomorrow People
Animorphs (hey! this show had it's moments :))

No mention of Danger Mouse? FOR SHAME. Also, I have fond memories of "Pinwheel" back when the network first launched.

I thought I read something about "Salute Your Shorts" being released on DVD, along with "Rocko's Modern Life" and "Pete and Pete". Did anyone else read this? Google left me sad and alone.

Pete and Pete IS on DVD now. The others were rumors so far.

... It was "You Can't Do That On Television", and the slime was from saying "I Don't Know", not the word "slime".

Were those shows related? I remember watching Alex Mack, that first episode where sheuses her stupid pubble powers and turns back into a human and she is naked and all wet. Damn.

:lol :lol :lol Yes, that scene fucking rocked.

Alex's sister was pretty hot too.

Shit, pretty much all the teen/early 20 chicks on nick were the shit.

That wasn't what triggered the slime.

Anyway, I recently caught a rerun of Nick Arcade, and that show has NOT aged well at all.

That koala show was "Noozles", and it was freaking awesome. Or at least I watched it constantly.
Clarissa Explains it All probably triggered the first time I'd ever thought about fucking a woman, or at least that basic instinct to mate. Goddamn!

Thanks to that GaS channel, we actually had that on in the background in my apartment and took bets on it. I won a couple of bucks haha.
