Overall I like it.

Particularly I like how it pounced on the opportunity to say that the Xbox controller is the spiritual successor to the Dreamcast one. So true.

bigger d-pad, less travel in the triggers (but still travel, like XBox), with clicks, real R1/L1 shoulder buttons (not that Z-button shit), different texture on sticks and no octagonal design (makes shit like Tiger Woods too easy). And wireless + rumble, of course.

perfect controller.

Logitech's PS2 pad is pretty damn close. I love mine.

That's a really cool site. It could be even more comprehensive if they include some of the prototype designs before the final controllers were tied down. Also, I believe the Saturn pad had a different release, or is the tree only intended to show US controllers? (original famicom controllers are noticeably absent).

Nice site.

The only big problem I can see is that he doesn't give nearly enough credit to the 6 face button Genny and Saturn controllers. This is probably because the guy doesn't care too much for 2D fighters so he doesn't recognize how perfect those controllers are for them.

It's still a hell of a problem though.
