Why is the Sears Tower in the poster? It was filmed in Pittsburgh.

Gotham isn't real, and the Sears Tower has been established as being in Gotham (TDK).

But mostly, Gotham isn't real.

btw, who thought it was a good idea to change the name of the Sears Tower? I can never remember what it's called now.

You shut your filthy whore mouth! Gotham is real, dammit.

So, as far as I know..press screenings begin today. Time difference means they've probably already happened in Europe. Is anyone on twitter-monitoring duty?

Digital Spy just published some article with a spoiler warning about the UK premiere and people that will attend that hints something about returning cast apparently, I'm not interested in looking but if anyone is there. Might just be something we already know

Edit: Fucking Twitter watch ruined it for me.
Cillian Murphy - don't know if we already knew that but I definitely didn't. And of course it doesn't necessarily mean he's in the movie.

Yeah, if you're on the fence, don't read it.

Always thought Bond raped that first chick with his eyes in Casino Royale. He basically gave her a glare that said "If you do not get in this car and agree to enjoy getting raw dogged in the ass, you will die."

Bond never het his rocks off and then she did die. So she should have followed the man's advice!

How many women has Bond bagged but failed to shag? Is it basically a kiss of death?

Fuck Bond if you want to live!

In one of the most hilarious exchanges in the entire franchise, Roger Moore threatened to kill a conquest directly after he finished banging her in Live And Let Die.

Girl: you wouldn't kill me, not after what we just done
Bond: well I certainly wouldn't have killed you before

:lol :lol :lol

I think it's actually poetic that Harvey Dent's legacy/impact of his death will result in the city tearing itself in half.

Full circle, symmetry, etc

Why don't those guys just shoot Batman in the mouth? And like, if Robocop was there, all you'd have to do is shoot him in the mouth, too.

WHY DON'T THEY JUST SHOOT THESE GUYS IN THE MOUTH

I don't know about Batman, but I bet Robocop would catch that bullet with his damn teeth and spit it right back into your gun

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Jun 29, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AMC Theatres(R) announced today that based on advance tickets sales, The Dark Knight Trilogy is set to shatter the company's previous record for a marathon-style event, prompting AMC to continue to add Dark Knight Trilogy shows at locations around the country. The Dark Knight Trilogy, available in IMAX and traditional format, begins at 6 p.m. July 19 and features BATMAN BEGINS, THE DARK KNIGHT and the midnight premiere of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES at 12:01 a.m. July 20. The event is just $25, and just $40 to see all three films in IMAX(R) Digital Theatres.

AMC guests have purchased more than 23,000 advance tickets to The Dark Knight Trilogy, including more than 11,000 tickets sold to see the Trilogy in IMAX, accounting for multiple sold out shows in both IMAX and traditional formats. The advance tickets put The Dark Knight Trilogy on pace to shatter AMC's marathon-event record of more than 30,000 tickets to The Ultimate Marvel Marathon in May. In addition to the success of The Dark Knight Trilogy, AMC has sold more than 100,000 advance tickets for THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, three weeks from the opening of the movie.

In response to guest demand, AMC continues to add showtimes for both the Trilogy and THE DARK KNIGHT RISES midnight premiere at its locations around the country, including a handful of 3:45-4 a.m. showtimes of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES in IMAX. Ticket sales for THE DARK KNIGHT RISES midnight premiere are being led at AMC Lincoln Square 13 in New York, AMC Metreon 16 in San Francisco and AMC Universal Citywalk 19 in Los Angeles. All three locations feature THE DARK KNIGHT RISES in the IMAX 15/70 Film format.

"We had high expectations for this event and we've still been blown away by the response from our guests and the demand for both The Dark Knight Trilogy and THE DARK KNIGHT RISES midnight shows," said Robert J. Lenihan, President of Film Programming at AMC Theatres. "As we continue to have tremendous success hosting these events, our guests are becoming accustomed to associating AMC with a marathon of fun at the movies."
