Rewatching Batman Begins, and I know Bruce was the one that made them leave the opera and all... but it was kind of a dick move by Papa Wayne to take his son (with his crippling fear of bats) to a show that involved people dressing as Bat-like creatures.

Was the opera being played a real world play? regardless it may not have been obvious to him what the exact content of a play he hasn't seen before is. It's been a while since I've see it but was his father even aware of his fear of bats?

End of Batman Begins:

Gordon: I never said thank you.

Batman: and you'll never have to.

End of The Dark Knight:

Gordon: Thank you.

Batman: You don't have to thank me.

Gordon: Yes I do.

It's like poetry, it rhymes.

I wonder what they'll say at the end of TDKR.

"Thanks, Jim"
"Fuck you, Batman, I'm in a wheelchair."

Gordon: Thanks
Batman: Your welcome.

Will the climax of TDKR be Batman smashing a cop car into critical shit while Gordon fights Bane?

Because if so, Hell Yes.

Which trailer is the one with this:

Catwoman: He's behind you.
Thug (turn around): Who?
Batman (comes down upside down from the ceiling): Me.

Fun fact: When I was a kid, my best friend and I would watch movies while putting his six-disc stereo system on random, and seeing what songs would sync up. During this scene, Nirvana's "Rape Me" came on right when Batman showed up and we lost our minds.
