"Where is the marketing?!"

*relases a grip of TV spots, trailers*

"Why are they showing so much?! I've already seen half the movie!"

I really, really prefer that Bane voice. But I know it would probably sound hokey for the full movie.

What a great first introduction that must have been in '89. Batman just kinda drops down and spreads his arms like an idiot, then gets shot and falls down.

Different opinions, how do they work! Scientists are still trying to unravel the mystery.

42 Entertainment's TDK marketing created so much hype. TDKR marketing looks like some interns hired by WB.

Yes, there is a lot of footage, but showing excessive footage doesn't make the marketing any better. It's shit marketing and had the usual TV Spots, trailers and billboard. There is nothing done that makes the fan interaction count as much as TDK's did.

I had trouble in the prologue but in every piece of media released since I've understood him perfectly fine.

Why isn't 42 working on TDKR? Their marketing for TDK was great. Loved the viral stuff. Nothing for TDKR which is a shame.

42 Entertainment had massive layoffs, and only do small stuff now.

Viral marketing on TDKR would have been the biggest waste of money since John Carter. It would have been fun, but it would also have been dumb as fuck from a financial point of view. It's the same reason so many studios have been ditching Comic Con, you're just spending tons of money to convert the converted.

did 42 entertainment do any marketing that wasn't targeted towards internet nerds that were going to watch the movie anyway?

I didn't know anyone who actually knew about "Why so serious" except for online forum members.

Hey shut up, he was showing how intimidating he can be, he's a urban myth that was fast and growing and those guys were scared shitless that it got back up and kicked their ass.

Sides Keaton's Batman took a lot of gunshots, Bale can barely take one.

Well, Fox did say it would protect against anything BUT a straight shot. Of course, non of this would have happened if Bruce just stuck to speleunking like a good little rich boy.

Welp, clearly Keaton-Batman's alfred was so amazing he made nearly indestructable body armor.
