The third trailer was unlocked through finding the Batman graffiti throughout the country. That was kind of a big viral campaign, actually.

About the viral marketing in TDK, I remember it being cut short because of Ledger's death. Like it was reaching a fevor pitch (with the 3rd trailer, and the jokerized trailer), and then he died and they ended it.
