Literally the first screen after pressing A to start is the NDA that you have to scroll through along with a couple warnings saying you can't talk about or record footage from the alpha.

Anyone else having trouble getting game to boot up? I'm getting to this nda screen a few of you have said is the 1st thing that pops up. Mine is the seizure warning then ubisoft logo then that nda screen but it isn't allowing me to scroll through anything. After a bit it goes to a black screen and stays there. I've tried hard reset a few times but nothing. I really hope I don't have to delete and re download the game again.

I got an email saying I was in the beta after redeeming the code but nothing about the alpha.

Did you get the beta code yet? When you doGo to the division site put beta code in and the alpha code will be coming shortly afterwards.

You should be good then. Keep an eye on your e-mail and make sure to check other folders to make sure it didn't go to one of them.

Ubisoft is kinda naive here too in expecting that people wont leak/post stuff about it.
That happens when you open up a closed Alpha to the general public. I happens with every game.

Just said to hell with it deleted and started to re download. I think something was wrong with the original download because the file was 22.3 gb and the one downloading now is 23.3. I couldn't even try to uninstall the small update and re download it either because it was all put into one file.
Just thought I would put it here that nothing I tried fixed the issue though incase anyone else has same trouble.

Yup. Wish there wasnt a NDA for this. I mean the game is scheduled for march... whats the point of still "hiding" it.
That Alpha made me more interested in the game too. But i still have a lot of worries. Wish i could talk about this.

B) I'm not sure this is what I would have led in with, if I could comment. I already have some thoughts on that.
Most certainly, the most concrete thing I can say so far is it's an alpha. Take as you will.
I'm doniefnwhalberg on live, if anyone wants to play/test out co-op today. I've got the morning and afternoon free, don't think this evening though.

They did say not to post comments anywhere but the official The Division forums so I would think if you want some impressions you could more than likely find them there.
I think those forums are locked to testers. They really want zero information out about it.

Im not on the dev team or work for the company, if thats what youre inferring.
its just awkward that we can relay information to a middle man that refers to himself as part of the Dev team with we on any post regarding anything. Plus being a blogger/fan site you do get incentives. I'm aware how some of it works with games. I was part of a few myself....Aion, Archeage. But I also understand its most likely a job and you would want to help those when you get payed to do awesome things you do.

I dont make a dime from them, or from my site. I do it all for free. An ive never referred to myself as part of the dev team. I can only forward things to them and speak with them directly.
