Can I claim these on both PC and PS4 seeing I don't know which version I'm getting yet?
I entered that code for the beta and was wondering where my outfits were!...didn't realize it was only for the final release

3 of those outfits are pre-order bonuses for different stores in the EU area...I'd assume that's why it's not available there
Unfortunately it seems like they are preorder bonuses in Europe.
Preorder bonus ins Australia is different, we get this
Hope there's some way for us to get these outfits as well :/

once you redeem it for one account it locks you out of doing it again...you'd have to make another Uplay account to get another code
I did some searching, but couldn't find anything for Australia. I would hope there would be some way to get them ingame, but I'm not sure how Ubi usually handles giving out preorder bonuses after launch(probably paid dlc).
Perhaps they'll be included as Uplay rewards or something here.

There was a link to the dark zone story trailer on the map that said the hope for a cure was in the dark zone. I wonder if there will be story missions that cross into it at some point.

I did it yesterday from France, just use an US proxy or VPN to create a fake US Uplay account (with a real email to receveive the codes)
I did it with UltraSurf which launches IE with an US proxy.
You could just make a US UPlay account and then redeem the outfits on it.
The issue would be not getting the reward for playing the beta.

Is that why the game felt so heavy for me? I literally couldn't play it like that as it felt like I was covered in sludge.

There's slight lag I feel but the worst offender by far is the powerful aim "assist" that I'm fighting against half the time. Yeah, great assistance trying to wrestle my headshot away from me by pulling toward center mass and slowing my crosshair across or even near a body. I really love it when a friendly crosses my LOS on a hostile and the crosshair slows and attempts to follow the friendly. 0_o

There are people in this thread saying things from they "don't feel it" to "it's really good for once, just right". When I read stuff like that, I'm just reminded how differently we all perceive things and maybe the devs think it's fine.
Bothers me though. Still a fun game, but lack of toggle suck imo.

You get the National Guard outfit with the gold edition/season pass. There is one outfit exclusive to a Russian limited edition version of the game AFAIK.

There's a huge difference, though.
Icons in AC games stay on the map forever. While icons on The Division are dynamic, you won't see them all at once from the beginning, they'll be uncovered as we progress. And they'll disappear once we finished them. Well, except the resource nodes perhaps. The Division map will be way more clean than the other Ubisoft games.

I am with you. I love games where you explore and find things, looking in every nook and cranny seeing if something is hidden. I did this a lot in the Beta, trying to find all the cell phone messages and other hidden things. While games like Witcher 3 and some MMO's I play also provide this, with the Division it is one of the first games where the setting is not mythical in nature. Like you, I am thinking it is going to be a long month until the game comes out.
