The beta account = live account. You need that password.

Do you know if that's also affecting why it's giving me "could not find account matching those details" whenever I tried to do the [Forgot Password] thing? I'm doing it on my PC btw. Or is it linked to my PSN account rather than an ESO account like Destiny?

As in quest icons show up on the radar for quests you haven't accepted. On PC they show up with a green icon around them showing you a new quest npc is near by you can go talk to. In the beat this did not happen on console.

It happened on my console during beta (and live). You can turn off new quest markers in the options though - you might have disabled them by accident.

Just a heads up, during the beta they had problems with the login server crashing. This has happened a few times already tonight on EU megaserver. It will probably happen on North America server.

If you get "Internal Error", try again about 10 minutes later.

So PS4 GAF is doing DC. Whats the best race? Or should I run Imperial since I caved and got the Imperial edition?

Really tempted to pick this up as I had more fun with the beta than I expected. So many releases lately though, and FFXIV is right around the corner. I don't know whether I should get this now or wait.

Thinking about selling The Witcher to justify this. I'm enjoying the game but only in small doses, for some reason. I'll probably never get through it.

Well, if you are thinking of getting it then go for it. Being there day 1 for MMO launch is always something else.

Yeah, need to decide by morning. Day one is crucial. I'll probably cave in to GAF hype as usual.

EDIT: $10 in rewards when preordered and purchased at Best Buy? I'm in.

This transfer is only available to folks who pre-ordered some time ago, right? I have an ESO account on PC but it is only a few months old, and I don't see the option anywhere.

Is there a way to buy a code for the Xbox version on Amazon? I see the PS4 code, but no Xbox. I have some store credit I want to use.

I'm assuming it's because the game isn't really out yet, but everyone on stream seems to be soloing at the moment. I'm not even seeing many other players in the world.

I had the same experience when playing the beta, probably because that was also limited and I played during the middle of the day.

Hopefully this isn't the case tomorrow.

If it's on a European server it's the middle of the night, also it's only Europeans playing right now really on American servers in their middle of the night. So ya it's gonna be pretty empty right now.

Yep I just caved and that $10 in rewards helped pushed it over. I'll be in day one as well. PSN: mims03

I'm still not sure what to play as. Enjoyed the stealthing in the beta but I don't know if that's viable in the long term. Which throws fireballs? That's always good in any game :)

Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on Xbox One and PS4! We’re extremely excited to finally bring our game to consoles, and can’t wait to share this experience with you! We want to call out a few known issues that you may run into during your adventures. These will be addressed in future patches and updates.

Art
Other player characters will occasionally appear as black silhouettes while either fighting in large battles in Cyrodiil, or when jumping repeatedly within two wayshrines.

Combat & Gameplay
Attempting to destroy an item and simultaneously clicking the Back option will result in loss of Y-axis functionality. Relogging will fix this issue.
Holding the D-Pad in any direction during a loading screen will occasionally prevent you from moving your camera. Pressing the D-Pad again after loading will resolve this issue.

Quests & Zones
You may encounter loading times up to two minutes when reviving at the wayshrine in Razak’s Wheel.
Although rare, you may become stuck in place when interacting with the symbol of Arkay while on the Blood Matron quest. Relogging will fix this issue.

UI
Character names are currently displayed on all leaderboards instead of the appropriate PSN Online ID or Xbox Live gamertag.
A UI error will occasionally be displayed when attempting to view the Guild History window.
Pressing Select on the character selection screen will sometimes cause a UI error. This only affects those that have an Imperial Edition of the game.
If you attempt to delete a character then cancel the delete, you will lose the ability to zoom or rotate your character at the Select Character and Character Creation screens. Relogging will fix this issue.
If you ignore another player who is not online at that moment, or try to remove them from ignore while they’re not online, the action may not immediately occur. Simply viewing your ignore list will fix this issue.
If you ignore another player who is on your friends list, they may become unignored the next time they log in. This is a rare case, and relogging will fix this issue.

PlayStation 4
You may run into issues getting on your mount while in Remote Play. As a temporary workaround, quickly tap the Vita screen 5 times.
The icon for new mail will still be displayed if you have chat or message restriction turned on. You will not actually receive mail; this is just a UI error.

Xbox One
You cannot currently view the option to purchase an ESO Plus membership through the Xbox Marketplace. It can still be purchased by visiting the Crown Store in-game and pressing the right analog stick. You can read more details about this here.

Can anyone answer if this means controller support will be coming to PC soon? I haven't been following lately but heard that once Tamriel Unlimited launched they'd be bringing controller support to PC.

Dragonknight or Sorcerer? I'm struggling here. Wanted to play a battle mage type, but I've heard hybrids aren't viable at high levels. I'd like to use a weapon but still be able to use magic. Anyone have suggestions?

It was back in April 2014 if I remember correctly. They offered to those that bought the PC version and we only had 30 days to decide if we wanted to do it. They charged $20.00 for a digital copy of the game and transferring all your characters and items.

People have been asking every since they closed it off to re-open, but after a year and 2 months they never did and who knows if they ever will.

When this happens I'll probably grab the game on the PC. I had some fun in the first beta whenever that was.

My understanding is that everything is pretty viable minus the hardcore PVP min/max shit that some extremists are in for.

Read the "Travelers Guide to Tamriel" its a great source of info.

In addition a user was experiencing issues placing or retrieving Gold from the bank on the PS4 version, a complete system restart solved the issue for him. So if you run into weird issues, a power down and starting up again fresh may resolve it.

I have been part of the ESO forums for sometime and they are all over the place tonight, seems like they are ready to answer and help out and fix what they can...which is refreshing.
