All things pointing to Julian being Dr. Alchemy are too obvious. It's gonna be the opposite and he's not Dr. Alchemy.
Dr. Alchemy has split personalities - like Magenta! - so he both could and couldn't be. He's got Alchemy's name, but so did Eddie.

Just checking out what to watch at 9:00, and whoa Arrow is on TNT.
They must have just got syndication rights because TNT has been showing Arrow almost non-stop for a while now. I always see it on there.
