More Kurosawa.
I think Ran might be my favourite Kurosawa flick, if only because it is a cinematographer’s wet dream.

Just sliding in here.. I actually have shaken Arnold's hand. He is not tall but he is intimidating. He is very Hollywood/politics...

Fuck yeah. Can you believe that was supposed to originally be Eli Wallach, Lee Van Cleef and Clint Eastwood as the three outlaws that opened the film? Various problems saw to it that this didn't happen though :(

Infernal Affairs

I always knew The Departed was a remake of Infernal Affairs and something about this picture makes me want to instantly watch the Hong Kong version. I love how I probably know exactly what that picture is about despite not having seen the movie.

Motorcycle scene from The Bronx Warriors where the actor wrecks the bike for real and they leave it in the movie. funniest shit ever.:lol

sorry i don't have pics of it.

I just watched it this morning. Andy Lau is a badass. I had just seen him as a Mozi strategist in A Battle of Wits - and he was god damned stellar in that role. So good. Haven't seen the remake/adaptation.
