I've always thought Hellsing could work in live-action. I wonder how much of the Nazi stuff they'll keep in?

I was going to ask which anime adaptation, but it seems like from the article it's based more from the manga.

These movies based on manga/anime are always a coin flip anyway. I'm at least hoping it looks cool and the action scenes are cool.

Let's just hope that Alucard isn't immediately replaced by Seras Victoria in the beginning of the film . I wouldn't be surprised if they pull something like this.

I'd take a shot-for-shot adaption from Hellsing Ultimate. I'd prefer a limited series to cover the whole thing but maybe if the movie is successful we'll get more of the story. If they're doing a straight adaptation anyway.

Not sure. They also need to find some very tall and imposing men too. Not sure there are many around these days who can also act.

I wouldn't be surprised. No reason for it other than wokeness. The majority of the cast is white af.
