What is with WWE and old Hanna Barbera properties?

Edit: Also, Alicia Fox was the best female superstar they could get?

Believe it or not, the Scooby-Doo and Flinstones ones weren't half bad. That's mainly due to the animation team having better writers these days.

I actually really like the 2nd Scooby-Doo one... though probably should have straight up been a team-up with Wacky Races

When was the last time a Jetsons cartoon was released?
Are kids familiar with this property?

Isn't jetsons part of phase 2 of the hanna barbera comics relaunch?

maybe they're trying to relaunch the franchise as a whole.

First the comic book, because all HB cartoons are getting them.
Then the WWE movie cause all the cartoons are also getting them.
Step 3 would be an actual new Jetsons cartoon?

Call me weird but I like these random crossovers. Reminds me of the days of when we first got Space Jam.

You have Undertaker, who in kayfabe is supposed to be a lord of the undead, or Kane, his demonic brother who can literally control fire, and you pick Big Show to be the villain of the movie? Wat?!

Big Show actually can act halfway decently and is fairly funny.

They need to rotate the cast, taker already was a central figure on the Flintstones one and one of the Scooby doo movies, not to mention he's on Surf's Up 2.

Of all places they go to Albuquerque to recruit past wrestlers? We don't even get Smackdown shows here :(

Or this means we're getting Wreslemania soon. Finally, the recognition New Mexico deserves!

The scooby-Do cross over they did made good money, so they did a Flintstones one and planned this and another Scooby-Do cross over.

This will be shit, the OSW review episode on this will be amazing.

So Big Show is revived from cryostasis, is upset at the banning of humans from the WWE, takes over somehow and becomes despotic(?), and so the Jetsons go back into the past to get other WWE wrestlers to solve the issue.

But... it's the future? Why not just... build some awesome death machine or something? Clearly humans stopped wrestling because robots were better, and they only would've gotten better as time went on if the WWE was to even survive in a hyper competitive entertainment environment. How did Big Show even stand a chance? And hell, why didn't the President just say "fuck you?"

Why am I thinking so hard about this shit?

Wait, did Big Show start as a face and then turn during the film? I can't keep up with these Big Show turns.

If you can get New Day running around with the Shirt Tales or the Banana Splits, I would watch that.

If you are going to use Big Show, have him stealing Pickinik Baskets with Yoga.

The Jetsons was always inferior to The Flintstones, every time it came on I groaned---none of the charm of the other show, probably since it didn't rip off a pre-existing show like Flintstones did as far as I know.

The Jetson's was more fun to me but not as good. There's always that wonderful 'what people in the 60's thought the future would be' aspect of the Jetson's, which I love.

That's the shame of it, the premise was nice but I recall The Jetsons never really utilizing that element and its sitcom plots being rather weak. Every time I watched it as a kid I just wanted to watch The Flintstones instead.
