I just... wanted to play this game at solid 60FPS.... without chromatic aberration.... Is that too much to ask?

I dont know, it seems Sony left many things to be announced last moment instead of announcing everything in big batches.

The days gone update was only announced yesterday and there are still games we expect announcements for. I wouldn't be surprised if bloodborne was one of them.

They know how much people love these games, they went as far as remaking one of them. I doubt they wouldn't spend a tiny budget (in comparison) on a patch.
