I would recommend hitting Kakariko and the story quest immedietly after it as soon as possible because you get one last ability that makes some stuff significantly more manageable (with an upgrade). I just did and now I'm going to set off and fuck around before heading for any of the further objectives
That's what I'm doing today. I am in sore need of more bag space.

Yes but to get to where you can attain it you need to craft a Flame Guard elixir to survive the trip. You can do that with
fireproof lizards
.

Haha thanks but I just rushed inside the city on fire eating all my food to restore my life and bought the armor. It was an interesting way go about it I guess

Can you solve each shrine with only what you know when leaving the plateau?

I'm stuck at the second part of the Data-Kusu one
First part was easy, raising balls from the pool with the cup, but the second one has the trigger in a cage... I noticed you can use kinetis on the thing at the bottom of the pool, but I haven't found a way to use it yet

I don't look for a solution, just a confirmation I don't need anything fancy like metal boots or something like this ;)

Well, you find
this goron sized Korok that gives you extra weapon, shield, and arrow slots when you trade them with him.
I can't remember where you find him, but it might be random? idk.

You find him on the road to
Kakariko village

I assume many miss him because they go from the mountains or some other road

Think about the entire shrine. What's availible to you?

Woke up this morning thinking "gee, I wanna go play Zelda, but at the same time I don't think I wanna get up yet." And then I realized I had left the system charging on the night table next to my bed, ready to be used.

I could definitely get used to this.

He shows up on the road to Kakariko. After you get a couple upgrades from him there, he moves to one of the stables on the way to the forest. I actually got lost and ended up finding him at two different stables. Then he eventually moves into the forest for good. You might have to trade him enough seeds to get him to go from the stable to the forest, I got a message directly stating he was leaving.

So many little things that make me stop and tell:

For example, I was raiding a bokoblin camp at night, and suddenly noticed there was a blue Moblim( the big ones) sleeping. He didn't woke up, so after killing everyone else I threw my spear at him... And missed.

He woke up, grabbed a spear and fought me. Hi hitted me a couple of times, but it only took like a heart and half. I beated him, and realized that he grabbed MY spear ( that wasn't that good). His spear was amazing and would have 1- shoted me.

It's the little things you know...

Based on what NPCs have been saying I think they're just for selling.. but I wouldn't be surprised if they have some other use..

I was told her that Opal can be sold but I am not sure about Amber. In the description it says it's for crafting I believe.

I also got two luminous stones and they are a base for special clothing. No way I will sell these.

Well, I've tried a lot of thing, including trying
to smash the cup on the thing at the bottom of the pool, putting many balls and the cup on top of the cage, etc.

I'll go on, since you seem to imply that I don't need more than basic stuff. Thanks...

Edit: OK, got tricked by the physical engine, it was something I tried, but that didn't worked at first time, probably because I was a bit off. :)

Please, for the love of God, tell me you can eventually fast travel to villages and other waypoints noted on the map becuase I just spent three hours trying to find a shrine that was at least remotely close. (Just after Impa btb, Papya is a cute.)

Dunno if people are aware of this yet, but cooking 5 apples together yields a dish that sells for 50 rupees. Great for starting out and getting tons of rupees easily.

Also, regarding cooking, sometimes the music changes and you get a little little '5' on the heart in the dish description. What does that mean?

Yup, they don't feel natural at all.

10+ hours in, and I still find myself hitting buttons that I shouldn't be pressing.
Rest your right thumb on the A button whenever you aren't sprinting. Once you make that a habit it get much easier. For the quick weapon menus I just sat down for a couple minutes moving my thumb to each button.

There's a shrine in every village and beside all of the stables.

There's a shrine near every stable and town.

Yeah I'd head to Hateno straight after too as the slate upgrade makes things a lot better after that. It's that point that I'd go free roam. Which is exactly what I'm doing now.

There is always a shrine close to villages and stables from my experience so just use them to fast travel.

Really loving the game. I can't believe how many times I have died, lol. Some were me getting used to the controls. From jumping to changing weapons as soon as one breaks during a fight. I'm getting used to it now.

Quick question, since you can pretty much venture anywhere, which area was the first one you beat story wise? Curious to see if you can in fact go in a different order. Don't go into detail, just name the area. Mine was the
zora area.

I'm at Zora's Domain & got some sweet armour for Link (after talks with the king). How do I obtain the other two pieces to the Zora armour set?

Are some of the shrines identical? Just found "A Minor test of strength" shrine and I did this exact fight before...

I think there are minor, modest and major tests of strength, you didn't do the exact fight before, you just faced similar enemies. I think their movesets/items are different.

Is there any stable near Hateno Village or is the closest one the "Dueling Peaks Stable"?

I picked up an Horse along the road which I'd like to keep but the thought of going all the way back makes me sad.

I decided to go to the last area of the game. Scary stuff there lol but I made it all the way.

That area is huge.

I'm going to try and beat the game now.

been playing 15 hours and just recently found a horse and have only two korok seeds after beating the first dungeon. this fucking game

where did you found that many? o.O

Look for anything unusual in the environment. They are usually small puzzles. I found one where there was a circle of stones that was missing a stone, with a stone nearby. Picked up the stone to complete the circle and the little guy popped out.

Wait, so I have to blow up the tablets that tells about the domains history? Or is it a treasure chest hidden in the domain? I'm confused.
It's just a giant stone that gives you a hint. Like the ones you found en route to Zora's Domain. You have to then go to the place to find it.

uhm, so before, i cooked a whole bunch of apples into fruity meals, and all of a sudden, the resulting meals had 2x the hearts as before - like a 2-apple meal would heal 5 hearts now.

i thought i had somehow 'leveled up' my cooking, but when i cooked another batch of these kinds of meals later, i once again could only produce meals with the regular amount of hearts. What gives?

Just looking for a yes or no answer (no spoilers please, but you can spoiler mark your yes/no answer) to the following questions:

1. Are you "sacrificing" hearts or stamina when upgrading at Temple of Time? Or can you eventually get everything?

2. Do we eventually learn where BotW falls in the timeline? (I know the producers said after OoT, but I'm hoping we get more details than that (i.e. is this the Hero of Time Link?)

3. Any cool secrets for finding all Korok seeds or finishing all shrines? (again, don't want to know WHAT they they, but rather if the game does indeed rewarding you with something cool.)

Hope everyone is enjoying this amazing game!

One is from a quest where you
take a picture of the Lynel above the Domain.
The other is found in a chest
east of the domain in a small pond above the waterfalls.

Will this eliminate slipping in the rain? Thank you jesus
