^ SOLO. KILL ME, KIIIIILLLLL MEEEEE!
btw is the Kingdoms set being discontinued? I only see the Kingdoms Joust set in the printed Lego catalog
Alright, due to popular demand here are some interior shots of the mini-modular Pet Shop I replicated recently.

Ok so these two images are of the first floor of the Pet Shop. The trick to get the front to look like it does in the original photo is to connect the back and the front with the same piece. Then you put two lantern pieces on the connecting piece and the upper floor's plate will connect to them for what I'm pretty sure is a perfect fit.

These two above images are of the second floor and show how you can make the evenly spaced windows connect to the rest of the structure.

And these are pics of the first floor of the apartment building. I used the same method as before to connect the front and back of the floor. Occasionally the front or back wall on one of these seems to stick off the side by a hair, but I think it might be a loose connection or something somewhere. As long as you don't separate the buildings you'll probably never see it anyways.
These is one TINY thing that bugs me a bit, and it's that the last step leading to the door of the apartment leaves an itty bitty gap on the side of the building. It's hardly noticable and is probably all but invisible is you use all the same color right around it.
ACTUALLY, now that I look at it, if I use one of these pieces I can use the rail as the step and I wont need to have to place the middle which causes that gap! Yay!
I have noticed that on some sets Target is climbing above msrp lately. I swear the Millenium Falcon went up in price there.Target here didn't have any LOTR at all. Everything was a bit higher than MSRP too. I bought the Blue Roadster anyway, even though i have one coming from amazon, just cuz I couldn't wait to start on the MOCing.
Think so. Pretty sure lego LOTR is all they're doing as far as medieval stuff goes right now.
Solo pls
It might just be because I'm tired, but I can't make out what this is ???

Wait, is that real LEGO?
I don't think I've ever seen Army stuff in Europe.
I had that when it very first came out. I was involved with Lego Europe when it got recalled too, early adopter for the win!
Recalled??? Why???
You can still buy it in Holland
But why was it recalled? I'm more interested to know what sparked a recall on it!
Sorry, I meant (by saying you can still buy it in Holland) that is was not recalled. At least not in Holland. You can buy it on Lego.nl and other Dutch toy sites.
My mates timelapse video of him building the excavator i mentioned in my last post: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4HFbrsMKFg
So, I received one of those 20% Toys R Us coupons and my question for those in the know:
Super Car or Excavator?
Or Super Star Destroyer...
Not really, can't afford that at the moment. Hopefully before they stop making it.
I have two Supercars (I love the B-Model a lot, too), but the Excavator has some KILLER power functions. It just depends on which route you want go with Technic. I would say the Excavator is a great buy at 20% off, but the Supercar is INCREDIBLY cool.
:|
IT'S LIKE LEGO SOPHIE'S CHOICE.
Excavator is probably closer to being retired, too, right?
whats this?
An image of what appears to be a Joker minifig from a 2013 Arkham set. It leaked out yesterday, but was quickly removed. We should see more today.
yeah manbat is very cool, but he looked better in brown i think

Holy Mother of the Minichrist! Check out the new Lego B-wing fighter. It's simply the best Ultimate Collector Series set since the still unmatched 24-pound, 5,159-block Millennium Falcon, from 2007. The Danish mothership sent us high resolution images and video. Check them out.
The video is particularly interesting, with the set designer describing how he designed the whole thing starting from the cockpit—which is mostly made from wheels from other sets. One of them is a caterpillar piece from a bulldozer from the 70s! And it rotates and auto-levels itself. Pretty awesome stuff.
The 1,486-piece Lego B-wing star fighter—model number 10227—is $200. That is cheap. Once they are out of production, these sets' price skyrocket to the thousands.
The B-wing also includes a dedicated display stand and fact plaque. It measures 26 inches (66 cm) wide by 15 inches (38 cm) high in flight configuration, and 17 inches (43 cm) high on display stand. This thing is so damn cool.
It will be available for sale online directly through Lego.com at the beginning of October 2012.
I will still be getting them all, but not as excitedly as I did with series 7.
I'm pretty excited for Santa and the Hipster.
The hipster comes with a record.
Ah, OK. Makes sense! It was likely recalled and re-released, but I can't imagine why.
Slightly on that topic, I've found that bag mixing on Technic isn't NEARLY as daunting as it is when System building.![]()

Santa Hulk is coming...
How about just exchanging the head on the Shakespeare with a Deadpool head, and then have him hold another Deadpool head.
