I don't know about the morning after pill, but they do give you straight up birth control in that circle thing. It's a good thing because they give it to you for free and they don't tell your parents(which was a fear of my ex).

Remember that if you can't get the regular Morning After Pill in a reasonable timeframe, that the Pill itself is the equivalent of 3 to 5 regular birth control pills, so she can do it that way too.
