No distracting diversity hires is refreshing.

Yes... Those darn diversity hires that have nothing to do with this film. Most Hollywood films are still majority or all white starring... Just stop with "oh wow! No diversity?! This is impossibru!"

Anyway... As a fan of medieval era movies, I'm digging this! Can't wait!

This should be good. Skarsgard has mostly done television, albeit typically very good television, with a sprinkling of kind of nothing film roles. I'm looking forward to him in a proper movie with a good director and costars.

The Witch and the Lighthouse were unusual horror movies, full of suspense and mystery, and they made an unforgettable impression on me. I sincerely hope that the Northman won't disappoint me ...

I'll watch it. I have to admit I laughed when I saw Ethan Hawke though. Just as I laughed when I saw Matt Damon with a mullet and Ben Affleck in The Last Duel, but that movie was good.
