Well, usually, since forae like this one tend to be overcrowded with males, nobody makes remarks about anybody unless a)poster is gay or b)the one posting the pic is beyond ugly .

Coming from a fellow fan, that's quite flattering. I just remember the first picture thread I posted in. It's one of the main reasons of my underlying hostility. This is Sera O'Neil, reporting for news channel 6.

I've never posted my pic in one of these threads before. The few times I have considered doing it, the thread has hit around 10 pages at the point where it will soon die. And I don't want to look like the guy that killed the thread hehe.

There's only one picture of me I'd want to post, and I'll never get my hands on it!

They took pictures of all the magazine staffs at Ziff a while back for some Christmas card crap. All the other magazine editors were pictured smiling, hugging, being generally personable.

Not the Xbox Nation folk. We all looked gruff, surly, and like we hated one another. There wasn't a smile to be found in any one of the 40 or so pictures they took. Sure, maybe there was a smirk or sneer, but a genuine smile was clearly absent. And this was because we were all gruff, surly, and hated one another.

There was me and Che, this guy Dave who was the angriest art director on the planet, our editor Evan (who had probably interrupted a fight with Dave to come to the shoot), our other art guy Drew, and Cindy the ME.

The one picture I want had Evan looking off into space wistfully. I think I had my hands in my pockets and was staring at the ground. The rest were sort of glaring at one another. I swear none of us was looking at the camera.

Too much information. I know.
