I downloaded it, and from what I could tell, it looked like it would be a lot of fun. It doesn't seem bad, though, I haven't played on it.

I've never played Halo 2 beyond split-screen at a friends' place, so the only maps I've ever played were Lockout and Midship. =p

Oh, if you still need a code, my Halo Wars one is yours.

I tried selecting Forge as the answer and when I clicked submit it kept Scultpor as the answer. Wtf? Their website sucks ass.

Just a small nitpick (and easy fix) about your map. The grav lifts into the bases do not always work they way they are intended.
So I might suggest putting a slanted rock so when you go up you are pushed into the base?

Other than that, an awesome remake. Though I was never a fan of Wizard/Warlock. :p

A good observation :)

I have mulled the problem over and the fixes are a pain in the ass. Its definitely a problem though, you're right. I'll work on it

A little update on Turf II. I made a small tweak on the bunker to use less budget but still retain it's look. The extra money is going towards blocking off areas that should be inaccessible.

v2 should be up by tonight.

I'd say with a fair amount of certainty that he's talking about another game. Based on the context of the interview and just some of the comments we've heard from others about the ending of Halo 3, I'd guess that no only will we be seeing some game involving the Chief and Cortana, but we'll likely see it come from Bungie. Could be wrong here, obviously, but that's the feeling I get from everything I've read and heard.

Agree with all that save the Bungie part. I mean they started that studio obviously for a reason. Hiring in all that talent I mean what else would they be using it for. Microsoft Halo in 2011 is my best guess. I suppose it is possible they are working on something Halo for the next Xbox, but that is a ways away me thinks. Bungie has two other projects running IIRC so it is possible.

Pretty much. I don't think Bungie left Microsoft so they could start developing new IPs, just to end up working on another Halo title again. That's not to say that I don't think we'll ever see another Halo title come out from their studio after ODST, I just don't think it's going to be any time soon.
