I played the main game, haven't yet touched intergrade. I only mentioned crisis core cause zack is quite prominent in the key art for the 25th anniversary.

Nah, PS fans won't give a shit once the Xbox version gets announced. The PS version was released over two years ago and they even included it on PS+. It depends on the deal. But what I’m saying is that I don’t believe it’s a permanent console exclusivity deal. Usually these types of deals have a duration.
The Switch version is the only one that I’m questioning at the moment.
Edit: Also as someone else stated it could be Crisis core.

RE: FF7R Part 2 multiplatform. The series has been multiplatform from the day it was announced. I don’t know why a formal announcement of the platforms it is coming to would change anything.

Nah that’s just fanboy fantasy on your part. PlayStation owners had plenty of time to play this one. If I’m not wrong it was even available of PlayStation Plus and I managed to buy the PS4 version for 20$. Not to mention it came with a free upgrade.
To be fair I’m pretty sure the sequel will come to the PS5 and there’s nothing you can do about that.
With that said the more platforms it comes to the better. But as long as it doesn’t get taken away from me I’ll still be able to enjoy it on my platform of choice.

I'm leaning towards being a Crisis Core remake (or remaster) because of the shot he chose (Zack focused), though FF7R going to more platforms would make a lot of sense.

Fanboy fantasy? LoL. People had issues with Persona 5 coming to Xbox. Now for a lot of Sony fanboys FF is final frontier of exclusivity (especially with MS swallowing a huge chunk of WRPG market)
As soon as FF goes multiplatform, there is nothing else that Sony can even moneyhat in Japan anymore.
