OP is crushing on his coworker, I think the very same coworker that gave him pistachios which caused him to shit himself like last time he had pistachios many years ago even though OP feigned surprise that they would give him the shits again but I'm getting off track OP's wife also works with them. She confronted him and he admitted to liking his coworker and now wife is upset and has forbade OP to talk to his crush further complicating things OP found out his wife is pregnant making things a smidge awkward

It appears the OP has an easy resolution. Either stay with his wife, resolve any differences they have and have a family with her, or leave his wife and get with his co worker.
