Thanks, everyone. Finn is indeed here. Born today at 6:36 AM. 7 lbs, 11 oz; 20.5". Pics are on my Twitter.
I am currently sitting in our hospital room with the little guy asleep on my lap. Dana is also catching a few Zs. She is, understandably, exhausted.
And yes, since the birth she has reminded me that Finn will be my responsibility once Mass Effect 3 arrives.

I may have some unwanted answers regarding that Pokemon article CJ wrote. The chick who wrote the other half was Nikki "grrl gamer" Douglas. I recall her writing a few articles for EGM back in the late 90s. I think the article was titled, "Men are from Pallet, Women are from Cerulean." It was the Janurary or February issue of 1999 (South Park cover story).
I read EGM religiously in grade 7 and 8... that said, I don't remember any of the article's contents. I think when the article came out, Pokemon was completely unknown in the Western world.... so all of the reasons why it should appeal to girls and guys made little sense. Actually, now that I think of it, I am pretty sure some of the chick reasons for liking Pokemon were because you could "nurture" them, because they were "cute," etc... pretty much the videogame mag equivalent of a Seventeen article lol. I can't be too harsh; CJ was probably in grade 7 when he wrote that article as well.

Just wanted to say everything said about Mutant Blobs is true. I only played 3 levels but I already love it.
Also don't let Phil skip the podcast using the kid as an excuse. I'm a father and babies are like paper weights for a good week. Cherish the podcast time now because Finn is only going to get fussier
