Now I'm not an "educator" or anything like this but, how about this you get the 10 year old who drew the picture and pull him to the side and ask him why the kid he is stabbing makes him so mad. What did he do to make him so angry. Then ask him if he understands that when you stab someone in real life they don't come back like a video game. If there was a problem then figure it out. As an educator I'd make the kid who drew the picture work on an assignment with the kid he didn't like. This is something that all the teacher needed to do is keep an eye on. Not send the kids to pound me up the ass penetantary.

What I find most strange about this is that the reporter in the video on local6.com said one of the boys was involved in actual, physical violence against another child, which didn't result in criminal charges (not saying it should have, I mean he's 9 or 10 years old, all kids have stupid fights), yet a simple drawing had the pair of them escorted from school in handcuffs, facing felony charges. Get the kids some counselling for crying out loud.

This reminds me of that time a classmate of mine in elementary school got suspended for drawing The Ultimate Warrior from WWF. Just as he was drawing the nipple on the right chest, the Librarian walks by and sees the drawing of basically, a shirtless, nipples exposed, longhaired figure. She yanked the paper away from him and sent him to the office.

It was a pretty intimidating thing to witness. To me it was obvious what he was drawing, but I guess she wasn't a wrestling fan. The kid didn't even speak English, so he probably wasn't even able to explain himself.
