Dr. Pepper maintains its spot as the #2 soda in America.

I still haven't seen anyone drinking this IRL.

Sounds like you don't know any men or women of SCIENCE!

Diet Dr pepper is the only diet soda I can drink.
The Holy Grail is finding a 7-11 with a Diet Dr. Pepper Slurpee machine.

Interesting. It looks like Pepsi was on a decline since the turn of the century.

I thought it was accelerated when they really lost the plot with their commercials. I remember there was one with like a Pepsi deathball machine and somebody screaming French music as a commercial. Then there was one with like some music, personality and fizzy bubbles or classy bubbles or something like that.

Looking at this chart and knowing the brand was in decline prior to 2000, I bet a shitty logo had a lot to do with this.

Their last good logo ended in 1996, but the new one is also fine and much better than the garbage over the last 26 years.

I was so happy when they got rid of the swoosh logo and went back to a more traditional logo.

Soda is awful and Dr. Pepper is the worst of them. Even Root Beer is better than Dr. Pepper and it's basically toothpaste flavored soda.

I got off the Coke train a long time ago, I drank a lot of coke zero on holiday last year, and for years I drank a lot of Cherry Pepsi Max. But I think my preference is shifting too. I also have Dr Pepper in the house right now.

I think Mountain Dew in the USA is pretty good, but I think the UK version might be different, it being marketed as an energy drink might just be some kind of formality based on insane levels of sugar though, I guess.

All of these pale into insignificance vs the ultimate drink: Coffee. Let's get that on the chart.

Should go back to calling it Brads drink.

I drink a whole French press in the morning but when I drink soda which is not real often I only drink Dr pepper

Here in México is expensive and hard to find out of the Big cities.

Tought it was bigger than Dr. Pepper in the U.S. but it seems DR P is way bigger.

I was visiting my he had a friend who was a ww2 paratrooper he was 95 at the time. We all had Dr Pepper and he tried his first one that night. He said "I should have tried this a lot sooner". Had only ever drank coke.
I'm switching to Dr. Pepper as my $1.50 with tax large drink at mcdonald's. Whatever you do, do not imagine the taste of actual pepper when you drink it or it will begin to taste disgusting.

I'm not a huge fan of Dr. Pepper in the US, but it was one of my favorite drinks to buy in vending machines in Japan. It just hits different when it's not made with corn syrup I guess.

Various Dr Pepper flavors are the only soda we have in the house. BlackBerry and Cherry are awesome. (Zero Sugar versions, don't drink regular anymore)

I legitimately can't believe people still drink soda and eat fast food. Not being a shit, I just honestly can't believe people would consume that shit with all the readily available information on how bad they are for you, I mean literally nothing redeeming except fast food tends to be high protein.

That being said.....I drink beer, and there's a wealth of information out there about how bad that is too, so I guess I'm a hypocrite. Carry on.

Zero sugar soda is basically my one indulgence. I don't drink anymore, don't smoke, work out plenty and I adhere to a strict diet. I feel I can get away with one not so good for you habit.

I try not to drink pop, but if I do, it's usually Diet Pepsi. I cant stand regular coke/pepsi. It's too sweet for my liking. I used to love Cherry Pepsi in the 80's

I was in Norway last week for work and they sold all kinds of different sodas we don't have in Holland. I had some berry Fanta and tutti frutti flavour. Shit was mid. Also tried Mountain Dew citrus blast. It was alright.

Non-alcoholic. It's sweet but also very bitter (as it is made from bitter oranges and wormwood). Also tastes a bit like alcohol-free, caramel beers (Polish "Karmi").

Looks good, wish I could find it in the US to try.

Suck it down haters. Dr. Pepper aka Texas Water is #2 Sprite is #3 and Pepsi fell to 4th someday in our lifetime it will overtake Coke.
It's the most delicious soda, but I rarely drink it. I prefer to choose my moments of goodness. Cherry Coke doesn't even come close.

I really don't like sodas or carbonated beverages in general but I do love me some good cream soda or root beer.

We just received a shipment of coke and coke zero , and damn, both variants taste like absolute ass.

I feel like Coca Cola tasted way better back in the day or perhaps my own tastes have changed. 😔

I don't understand young people that's not a criticism. It just is what it is. This video popped up on my YouTube feed. I think it really is game over now.
