this is the movie that's taken awhile to get going. Basically Johnny Knoxville pretends to be a retard so he can rig the special olympics.

I'm not too sure on this movie, but I think the fact that they got Brian Cox to costar means that it could be pretty damn funny. I'll probably see it, mainly cuz it's 2 hours of Johnny Knoxville, and I don't think he can be unfunny for that long.

EDIT: Oh, and Corky is in it, too, so +1

I'm pretty sure the movie was already in production when that episode of South Park aired. They might have even had the teaser trailer out at that point.
