Does that not work hand and hand? I would then be gaining less weight back which would mean more weight lossed in a sense and that would be generally good, right? And hell I would thus have an easier time sticking to my set weight once I was finished. Lastly, weight loss for some can often start as a means of gaining less weight to the point of where you can start losing it. You don't immediately start off that way all the time.
Also, it was a joke post, don't take it so seriously.
