So I've been falling ill rather easily lately, and with CF, that's not good. So today, the guantlet was dropped:

chest port to be inserted

one year, at least, of 3x a day IV meds

doesn't cure virus that's growing, just suppresses for shortwhile

baseline changed from 2.0 to 1.6. a drop of 300CC in only 6 months.

mycobacterium avium complex -- though considerably stronger this time around. last time, oral meds were all that was required to put the bug to sleep. it's basically forming holes in my lungs.
