I read the big preview that Game Informer did a month back. Game sounded alright. But all I keep thinking it State of Emergency + Manhunt = Warriors. Just seems like Manhunt in a brawler style. Hope it turns out well. They need something other than GTA.

Glad it's set in the 70's. If it was another 90's or 00's setting gangster game, blah. Sticking to the original movie and time period gives it some extra appeal over the typical crime sim.

I would be in heaven if they started making games based on 70's crime movies. The French Connection? The Taking Of Pelham One Two Three? Dog Day Afternoon? The Day of the Jackal? I'm getting a tremendous boner.
