LOS ANGELES -- Shannon Elizabeth, who played a sexy foreign exchange student on "American Pie," has filed for divorce from her husband of three years, according to court papers.

Elizabeth, 31, had been separated from her husband, actor Joseph D. Reitman, since early March. She filed for divorce Wednesday in Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences, according to court documents. The two have no children.

Elizabeth broke out with her role as the Czech student Nadia in 1999's "American Pie" and in its sequel, "American Pie 2," opposite Jason Biggs. She has also appeared in "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" and "Scary Movie." She currently stars in the UPN comedy "Cuts."

Reitman, 37, has appeared in the films "Drop Dead Sexy," "Choices," and "Bum Runner."

I saw a "while you were out once" where they worked on their home and they seemed so happy.

I fixed Shannon's computer back in the day. I got to see all of the fan mail people would send her. Most of the time her husband would answer the emails so save your time and don't email her. I worked at her and her husband's house for a few weeks (built them a new computer) and they were really nice people. She even invited me to watch the final episode of Dawson's Creek with her when her husband was out of town but I declined. They were also into video games (xbox) and had wayyy to many dogs. Even without makeup she looked real good. Plus they paid real well. 1ne.

I was there to do a job and that was that. Yeah, i see where you are coming from. Trying to get it on with a married girl is an invitation for a whole lotta trouble. Especially since her ex looks like a serial killer. Not worth it, even if it is Shannon Elizabeth. Now if she had been single, I would have to ask if you nuts had dropped yet:):):)

:lol Nah, I'm just ribbing ya...I'm pretty sure I would've been too chicken to accept that invite. :lol

The astounding thing to me is that she offered the invite at all. Hell, if nothing else you've got an inside line to her now with no strings.
