New owners arriving ( Its Jim Radcliffe) so about time for a new stadium ?( about time). Rumours of old trafford about to be replaced with a new modern one. So what do you think of this.

meh, looks a bit naff for me, not very interesting, inside looks nice but just like any other large stadium..i hate man utd, but cant they just modernise the inside of old trafford and freshen up the outside.

Old Trafford definitely needs some work. But so many of these modern stadiums feel soulless. I get that you can’t keep the same stadium forever but it’s always a shame when a team moves from one they’ve been at for decades (if not longer) to some modern one that’s kinda indistinguishable from the others.

I kinda hope they can just renovate Old Trafford rather than totally replace it. Expanding the Sir Bobby Charlton stand to balance it out with the rest would be good. I know the rail lines behind it have been the issue in the past but from what I’ve read modern engineering techniques mean it’s less of an issue.
