Goddamnit people do some weird fucking things to their bodies in the name of fame/their craft. From 176lbs and really fit on Jan.1 to gaining 90lbs and ceasing to work out in the next three months, to maintaining that weight and still not working out for another three months, to starting to eat right again and work out and try to get back to 176lbs for Jan. 1, 2010.

Fucking around with your body weight like that much can't be all that good for your health. I wonder how much time he spent at the gym.

edit: wait, the guy works in a gym, so he could train all day. THATS CHEATTINNNGggg

Definetely not. Probably a lot of health complications later in life even if the guy does get trim and healthy again.

if he continues like that he will be dead in a couple of years.
in that short time, losing and gaining so much weight is hell for your body

Why did he do this?

Read the article.

But if you're too lazy, he's a personal trainer who was having issues relating to heavier clients and the challenges they face. So I guess he decided to figure it out for himself.

...and they filmed it for a documentary.

Dude is crazy...but I'm sure his metabolism was still sky high, even when he was in his 3 month (maintaining) phase.

Can probably lose weight faster than any normal overweight person from this reason alone.

4 large pizzas in a single sitting is just madness, though :lol

What's with the ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗ-ΚΡΗΤΗ presidential flag tattoo? :/

And if you think that gaining/losing that quickly is so bad, stay away from body building competitions.
