I'm not to worried about it, though I do have screen shots of everything i was supposed to get in case some trouble comes up. I won't have my vita until monday so it won't even matter until then, and even then I am already a ps+ member so I can play the included games with that on monday... and I have interest in Playstation all stars but I am undecided if I will attempt to sell the code for 20-25 and just pick up the ps3 version and get the vita version that way in a few months when that drops to 20-25.

of the free ps+ games I will likely install uncharted first, play it for 30-40 min and confirm I still don't find the uncharacted series all that interesting and move onto gravity rush.
The Vita package I bought is still "Not yet shipped", I want them to ship and charge already (I live in Peru) so I can have an idea of how much the exchange rate charged by Amazon is between my currency (Soles) and dollars.
I also bought RDR GotY and MGS4 for a friend and I need to know how much money I'll have available after Amazon charges me so I can go out with no worries tonight

Having both a Vita and a 3DS I think new Vita's owners are going to be really surprised how much nicer the Vita hardware is. Even the OS is really nice and snappy.

played uncharted on my bros old vita so i'll pass but it was amazing.

The original is not. Probably because there is a PSP remake. I can't comment on it's quality, but I do know it is way over priced on PSN. (23 dollars, I think.)

As I recall, the PSP port had tons of input lag. Or that was the complaint I remember hearing.

So it's 7 pm here, still no Vita, (paid for Saturday delivery) call Amazon again, and get told you have to wait a few more hours. Seriously like UPS is showing up at 8 or 10 pm at night on a Saturday. Meanwhile UPS is still telling me they don't have any package that it's still sitting in Amazon's warehouse. Fun times.

All of you guys that are going to play Uncharted make sure to get the sensitivity of the Gyro aiming down. Experiment till you get it just right. Trust me it makes a world of difference for the gunplay mechanics.

I got free shipping but will be here in time fore B-day a week from Sunday. Last time I got a portable for a B-day it was a clear GameBoy Pocket in 96. Still got it.
The 3DS circle pad was a nice surprise. Never think about it as a compromise. The original PSP I heard a lot about it not being up to snuff.
Vita sticks def look better but placement is low and I think that is why the snap on handle has been recommended here.
I already ordered LBP from newegg cause it was 3 bucks cheaper so I will have something to play. I got enough else to play so AC3 All Stars and PS+ everything must go go go.
How does Vita play outside during the day? 3DS screen gloss and what not makes it hard?
I did get 3DS full price at BestBuy and adjust to get Ambassador but for dropped price.
So how frowned upon is a swap for store credit after using $10 off AC3 PS360 on Amazon?

Not getting it today, they HOPE it'll be here by Tuesday, so glad I paid for Saturday deliver, and Amazon just keeps saying sorry but nothing else.
Is it possible to turn that stuff off completely? The whole point of Vita was bringing the console control scheme to portables. That's why we cried out for a 2nd stick for half a decade.

It's possible, but it's much better with gyro aiming on
To be clear, Uncharted ALWAYS uses two sticks. Gyro aiming is simply used for fine tuning on your aim. For example, use dual analogues to line up your shot on a guy and then use gyro to fine tune your aim for a headshot. It works really well.
You use the right stick to get the general direction and then use gyro to fine tune. Way more accurate than any ds3/360 controller method.

As a PC gamer, the gyro tuning in UC:GA is mouse/keyboard accurate. Its that good.

Tracking Numbers shows that a label has been printed and that's it. Never paying for Saturday delivery from Amazon again.
People always tell me mouse and keyboard and wiimote aiming is far better yet my accuracy is at least 10% lower with them than a pad. But it's nice to know you can avoid it in this Uncharted. I'm far more comfortable with normal controls.

You can try leaving a note on your door saying it is ok to leave it (if your area is secure). I've done that before when I couldn't be there to pick it up and didn't have enough time to drive to the place after work.
Make sure you sign and date the note.
Prepare for finicky aiming then
If I can put up with uncharted 1-3's somewhat crappy aiming then I can put up with anything.
The game seemed to get slayed by reviews though. What are its main problems?

Go complain to CS
You can just ignore it, but give it a shot when you play the game. I wasn't a fan of it in concept, but in execution it is fantastic.
