Well now that I've got mine ordered I've got a question about AC Liberation. Should I play Revelations before this? Will I be lost if I don't? I've got 1, 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations but have only play the first 3.

No you will not be lost. I didn't play Revelations and I was fine. It's a completely stand-alone story, though you do meet up with Connor from AC3.
