actually,I love the layout as its very interchangle to the style Namco and SEGA have them setup for Tekken,Soul serie and Virtua Fighter.

BTW,that soul stick of yours looks pretty kickass

I got one of these for free for some reason, a long time ago. Not very handy for action games (much too sensitive) but it worked real nice for RPGs, I used it a lot with Dragon Warrior 4.

That's one badass stick, I much prefer that style to the ball & stick one.

Just curious... are third party controllers required to look like the first party controllers. As an example, I've never seen a 3rd party PS2 controller that has the left analog in the better position... all the 3rd party controllers use the lame Sony symmetry layout. Is this done because they have to follow what Sony does (get approval or whatever)?
