I think he's going up to people who are wearing their pants low and "helping" them by pulling their pants up.
 
What's funny is that some of these YouTube "prank" channels refer to them as "Social Experiments" to look more legitimate and less like shitheads but it doesn't work.

Yeah I understood that one put then he starts referring to their pockets specifically and it seems like he's putting his hand in there?

Side note: I like how this guys start screaming "It's a prank!!!" and the people hitting them couldn't care less. "It's a prank" isn't some get out of jail free card.

They probably believe black people are more violent thus increasing the chances of their "pranks" going physically wrong instead of being called by the cops or something. These kind of videos are really dumb.

Youtube success is defined now by prank videos and harassing women in public areas. Seriously, half if it is fake and staged.

Can't believe this passes as entertainment. Maybe at 28 I'm too old to get this shit.

All the black guys in this video stop fighting almost the second he says to do so, and not one of them pulls a gun.
 
"It's a prank" is not an excuse to verbally or physically harass someone.
Pranks and "social experiments" are pathetic.
Not to mention that nearly all the people who attack you think you're trying to steal their phone or wallet.
