There's been too much politics on this board. So you should try this one. "Note" at the end means "grade", 1 is the best, 6 the worst. You'll figure the rest out yourself. It's pretty easy.

Kansas City sucks.

First question, "Where is New York?" (or so I assume) I click on New York, and it tells me I was 300 km off. OH! NEW YORK CITY! Lame.

California sucks...so does Kansas City.
Detroit: OOOPS! :lol

I pulled 861km. Not too shabby. I've been to nearly all of those cities though, and spent considerable time in most, so I'm pretty aware of where they are. I'm sure I could get closer if I spent a bunch of time manuevering my cursor as close as possible to where I think they are.

I was rolling along just fine until I put Detroit in Wisconsin

1193 total for me, and I think the single biggest problem I had was the poor resolution of the map. Moving over one pixel made a relatively large distance.

The only city that I was off more than 180 km was Atlanta. My best city? Well, duh...Los Angeles...and I got a ZERO km difference. Top THAT!

Look, if this thing is going to ask me where Kansas City is, it'd be nice if it told me whether it wanted the one in Kansas or Missouri. Also, New York is almost impossible to nail down accurately; I'm assuming they're looking for Manhattan proper, and that's just impossible on this map.

Anyway, I got a 3. I missed New Orleans and Dallas by a lot.

Man, that's just a matter of being a few pixels off.

I'd like to add that their placement is way off on some cases. They plot Washington, DC well into Virginia, and they have Boston quite a ways inland.

did it again.

does it matter? They're the same city, right on the border of KS and MO where the river is. :)

Ah well, at least few people need to worry about me targeting missles with an unlabeled map.

New York: 36km
San Francisco: 8km (I don't know how you can get this one wrong. WTF, Mig)
Chicago: 0km
New Orleans: 96km
Washington, D.C: 130km (Hah, had it more north along the border than it actually was.)
Salt Lake City: 26km
Miami: 28km
Dallas: 295km (This one I honestly didn't know... who cares about Texas? ;))
Boston: 34km
Kansas City: 70km
Denver: 93km
Los Angeles: 114km (Considering how huge LA is, I probably still got it right.)
Atlanta: 51km
Seattle: 0km
Detroit: 248km (Whoops, wrong side of the state)

Total: 1229km
Note: 3

Yup, I've been there too. They're connected by a bridge, IIRC.
