I have a halloween party on friday. Have gotten the decorations, have like 10-15 people coming. Now I would just like to figure out some fun activities so that the whole party isn't just drinking and talking.

this. you'd be surprised how many people haven't done this. i had a halloween party that i hosted, and people loved doing that, we had a pinata, played battleshots, got the cops called on us, and three of them showed up to the door before midnight, good times.

Last Halloween party I had, my fiancee and I set up different things to do in 3 rooms. Dining room area was for board/card games, bedroom was setup for horror video games (think I had Dead Space, Alien Isolation, and Silent Hill 2 loaded, and the living room was for watching horror movies. Worked out perfectly for us.

OP, I garauntee that whatever you plan, the night will ultimately devolve into just drinking and talking.

Also, most people hate "forced fun" activities.

You just need a badass music playlist with some old halloween-themed deep-cuts. And booze. And mute a monster movie marathon on your TV.

But Werewolf is a great suggestion simply because it's hard to get enough people together to play that game and it's super fun. But it's still an early-hours game because of above.

What can you do? Well almost anything uppers, lsd, shrooms, MDMA is probably the best for parties though.

But really (You should at least have weed) when people get drunk and reckless enough they invent their own games.

We had this one last halloween where you had to do three shots of vodka and then gorrilla press your significant others for as long as you could.

Obviously easy for me picking up my then girlfriend who was quite petite....then she tried to pick me up and she got weird.

I'm adding this because I was totally dressed as the ultimate warrior then.

Pick some classic horror movies and play them on mute with subtitles.

Spend some time creating a nice spooky playlist with some Halloween-centric songs but mostly fun party/dance music and a hefty serving of classic 80s/90s pop.

Put out a Ouija board for shits and giggles.

Fill a few bowls with cheap dollar store crap like plastic spider rings for people to take and play with.

Line the walkway to your front door with some spooky lanterns.

Dress up your pets.

Take lots of photos. Halloween parties are the best and you'll want to look back at everyone's costumes.

Hell jackbox at a party is always good, anyone with mobile device/computer can play. Makes it really easy in big parties.

Blind taste-test of candies. Blindfold the contestants and feed them one piece at a time, and keep score of who gets what right. Include good stuff, but also include those gross grandma candies and candy corn and stuff to make it kinda funny.

Winner gets your toaster or whatever you wanna have as a prize.

buy black plastic bags. cut them open. tape to walls. converts your rooms into being spooky and dark. also, whites like webs amd ghosts show up better.
