I played two rounds and was reminded why I hate these types of online games. Too fast and too frantic for me where you just try and get them before they get you and if not just respawn over and over again.

Wow, glad I saw this thread. I've been wanting to try it again, was a huge fan of the first but didn't really care for the ps4 beta of this... hoping its better and then I'll pick it up when its on sale for <$30 again.

If you're brand new to the game (like I was) you will likely be overwhelmed, even with decent multiplayer experience from other games. Stick with it!
Really awesome experience but it takes a little adjustment to the intended playstyle (Mirror's Edge meets CoD plus Mechwarrior on a short cooldown). It took me a while for things to click - though the campaign really helped. Now I adore it.
My recommendation is to play Attrition.

I beat the campaign while renting from redbox and never got to spend proper time with multiplayer. Time to change that.
Guess R6 siege is bombing too if that's the criteria for failing in the sales dept...

I implore anyone who hasn't played this to give this a try. I had no intentions on playing it, first one just didn't "click" with me for staying power. I bought this for my son's birthday on his xbox and next thing I know I bought it for PS4 and it's the only thing I want to play at the moment. Highly addictive.

So this free weekend doesn't apply if you own the full game but don't have a ps+ sub active ? I am assuming it only works on this special demo version ?

When I look at the Titanfall 2 demo icon on my PS4, underneath it says that the MP trial goes until 12/5 at 10:00 A.M. Maybe we more time than they said -- I don't know.
Go to the PlayStation Store website online, search "Titanfall 2," and look at all of the "Game" results. "Titanfall 2 demo" should be there.
It's active until the 5th, I believe.

I can't find this on Origin AT ALL. Even going to the website, I can't see it under trials. I wanna download this before I have shit to do :/

Still can't find it. The only trials listed for me are The Sims 4, BF4, and Titanfall 1. I've searched origin's website and the app on windows only to see the 3 listed above.
I just wanna try it out...

most people just seem to be playing the campaign based on word of mouth. but they obviously can't give that away as its kind of short. not to mention the beginning of the game is super slow.
