Hoping for a matchmaking fix with the new maps, really pisses me off getting matched up with shit teammates and losing because of it.

I thought that too at first, but recently when I get put on the losing team we come back from being completely destroyed to just barely losing/winning by a couple dozen points. I don't mind it as much when I actually have time to turn things around, you know?

Getting dumped into the end of a match is still bullshit though.

Getting 100+ attrition points and barely winning is not fun.

Not really, I was clearly carrying my team with 100+ Attriction points and some of them with 0 pilot kills and hardly any grunts kills. It's like they just throw anyone into games regardless of rank, it's horrific and really ruins the fun for me. No, that still pisses me off too. I just seem to have it happen less than it used to.

The reverse is worse imo; Getting guys matched in mid-match who don't do shit? One hardpoint match earlier had 3 guys on my team disappear somewhere between the lobby and the match starting, then the 3 replacement guys that got found were complete garbage and barely had 300 defense/attack points between them at the end of it. I have no clue what they were off doing.

That's the definitely the worst I think, looking at the score board at the end and seeing players who would have to try to be that useless on my team. 150 Assault and 100 Defence points in a whole game, are you actually retarded?!

Yep. It's pretty legit when you get Instant Shot, but it's the pits at anything but long range.

This happens far to often for me when i first join a game, makes me quit playing because i feel like I'm wasting my time. We all have bad games every now and then, but getting thrown into one for a first game and having no chance of competing to win just grinds my gears.

Does anyone know if Respawn commented on the issue at all? Is it even seen as a issue by them?

Aww yiss, another crash. And, no surprise, it the materialsystem_dx11.dll! And it crashed my display driver too! I had initially though that my GPU overclock was causing it, but I'm at stock settings and it does it anyway. I was in the middle of a match and everything.

Oh woah...are these worth it if I get 27 down/7 up with a 5 bar connection? I'm usually pretty good with networking stuff, but i've never seen these. What sets them apart from regular routers? Basically one plugs into your router, and the other closest to you for minimum interference and stuff like that?

They plug into electrical outlets and you plug a cat5 cable into them. They use your home's electrical wiring as a network, and you don't have to worry about latency like you do with wifi.

Finished all my gen 5 requirements except for the gooser. Managed to get one so far. Those things are rage inducing to me. I think I cussed at my TV more in the last 24 hours than ever before. I'm done with the arc cannon and switching to the machine gun to try to get the other 4. It's so frustrating to see the pilot eject, shoot them and not get the kill!

I hear ya. Just use the chain gun with an extended mag or accelerator. I personally used the extended mag, forget about dooming titans, just stick with your friendly titans, assist them in getting their health down. When the titan is about to get doomed, back off a little to create room, reload and when doomed just wait for thr ejection.

Even if the pilot is cloaked, you'd still see the jetpack, either way just follow straight up as you fire your weapon, even if you cant see the pilot, still blind fire.

You'll get the challenge done eventually. We were all there, lol.

Same here, completed all but the closer challenge by the time I hit 50. But now that the XP is coming a lot easier, I think rest of the gen challenges won't be done either.

Okay yeah, I've had 4 crashes with Materialsystem_dx11.dll being the faulting file in the past 2 1/2 hours, and looking at EA's and Respawn's forums it's a pretty widespread issue, so I hope it gets fixed soon.

Plasma Railgun kills are nothing compared to Charge Rifle Criticals. I've been at Gen 4 Level 50 for over a month now, it's completely killed my will to play the game.

Guys, i am on Xbox One and i am experiencing a weird glitch that's freking me out: every time i start a Game, no matter the mode, the screen starts to flicker and the HUD fucks up completely, like leaving a persistent trace for all the elements on screen.
Restarted the console, nothing changed.
It happened all of a sudden, i've bene playing for like 3hrs. :/

I like Hardpoint for Titan-killing type challenges but I'm kind of shocked that you're struggling so much with charge rifle criticals regardless. What's your critical hit accuracy with it? If I was trying to grind it out I would leave my Titan on autopilot and use it for arc grenade reloads, hunt down auto titans, and take care of their shields with said arc grenades. Seems like a few hours of effort.

I did stop playing the campaign for this very reason. Just have a feeling of guilt when I see all new players there while I'm quite high in gens.

My friends still want to run into campaign because it is easier to get thr challenges done but still dont feel like it.

I've had issues finding people for campaign, haven't really bothered to do it because of that.

At the same time, I also feel inherently compelled to work my way up through the levels and reset, because I'm so used to it in Call of Duty. I'm really not interested in hitting the max level and staying there, I like working my way back up, it's fun.

So, fuck me.

Basically, they had it right the first time, in Call of Duty 4, and the Challenges don't make it any better, they only make it SO MUCH FUCKING WORSE.

Much better. Consistency and good netcode are important to me. Titanfall isn't perfect, but it's much better than most games. Sometimes funky shit still happens.

The biggest issue Titanfall currently has, in my opinion, is that the game doesn't shuffle teams to create balanced teams. Instead, teams are kept together no matter what. Even in between different lobbies.
