Raytow, try what Pegasus suggest. If that doesn't work, have EA support check that their system does know that you own the DLC, or there isn't some obvious issue/fix that we're not thinking of here.

EDIT: actually... you might still be running the "play for 48hrs" version of the game, which probably isn't getting the DLC you bought (and will go away anyhow soon). I think you're going to have to download the "real" version of the game, the one you just bought. I'm not 100% on that, as the installer is more of an Origin thing, but seems likely. Sorry for your trouble either way.
