Ooof lol. Now you know you're only opening the doors for the same handful of TLOU2 defenders to derail this thread. But I'll sit back and watch with my scooby snacks. This week be entertaining.
 
I'm really enjoying the game but I wanna play the crazy hater part too so... FUCK THIS GAME.... It stinks and theres no Aliens in it... FUCK IT I WANT ALIENS IN MY GAMES! DRUCKMAN DID NOT PUT ALIENS BECAUSE HE IS A SHITTY WRITER!
 
I honestly believe Abbie, started off as andy, and it was his father that got killed, but once druckmann said he wants an aggressive bumming scene, sony were like......yeh not to sure we can do that, so ND switched andy to a stacked Abbie instead. That was the compromise

I wonder if theres a version of that scene where abbie is pegging owen

I still enjoyed tlou2, the singing was too much tho, 2 verses...........1 would of been too much

I bloody hated the game. There were to many white people in it!

What about people from Madagascar? Inclusive my ass! Sony should be embarrassed and give away their award for most ethical company.

The game was overhyped and overrated by the shill gaming journalists. This game did not deserve near universal 10/10 scores and the fact that it does indicates several things : the shill gaming journalists are extremely out of touch with normal players, there is practice manipulation/coercion between game developers and game journalists, a climate of fear where game journalists are afraid of retaliation.

I suspect the shill gaming journalists are too afraid of backlash or of being called racist by the mob. They in turn directly or indirectly contributed to the user backlash on metacritic, which if you think about it is more a backlash on the critic score than anything else. There may be some anti-SJW sentiment, but I think the 5/10 scores and above may have legimate issues with the game itself. I would personally rate the game 8/10 from what I have seen.
 
I only played the first one. It was a slow slog that took me months to get through. I couldn't play it more than 30 minutes at a time.
 
I haven't played this garbage but this is social enginnering. This game is deliberately confounding the concept of inclusion yet does a magnificent job of supporting division/separateness from the videos I've watched. The masses will eat it up because they are just interested in entertainment and love a good revenge story but this is deliberately reinforcing mixed messages to stir the pot. I will never support a Neil Druckmann game - I know his intent and he is a garbage human being despite his appearance in social media and his supposed left agenda.

Why would anyone hate the best game of the generation which is available only in the best selling console of the last decade?

What would happen if a big studio somehow published a big AAA game with far right agenda and anti-woke writting pandering conservatives people?

The SJW crowd would act as imbecile as these guys with TLOU2?

I want to like this game so bad. About 7 hours into it and... hoo boy.

Honestly I really like Dina and her dynamic with Ellie. Ellie is still just as funny and charismatic as she was in the first game and the voice actors are great. Wholesome Ellie and Joel moments are good too. Gameplay is good. Graphics are incredible. But it's bogged down by the bad stuff, because the bad is BAD.

I already know what happens and how the game ends and it's just so nihilistic and seems to spit on the fans of the first game, and storytelling in general. Abby is incredibly unlikable and unsympathizable, even though the game wants you to feel bad for her.

This game should have had a lot more Joel, even if they had to kill him at some point. I expected it honestly. But do it the way TWD game did with Lee and Clementine. Make it count. Give the player closure. These are beloved characters.

It'd be enough if Sony released it and Druckmann got laughed at for this fuckup. But the fact that gaming publications took part in selling this nihilistic piece of garbage by giving it rave 'reviews' makes me sick. This entire debacle is proof that both game developers and 'journalists' really have contempt for their audience.
 
Would also like to mention that I'm playing this with my dad. Because we played the first one together and it was a wholesome father daughter zombie killing adventure. Now I have to sit in a room with my family while Abby gets rawed from behind. Thanks Druckmann.
 
I am indifferent about TLoU 2 since the first one bored me. However the second one's "story" was so horrible it rivaled ME3's ending. It has given me entertainment in the form of parodies and paid reviewers. Therefore, I can't say I hate it.
 
I didn't care for the first game, so I'm sure as hell not going to buy this sequel. CAN I STAY AND HATE??
 
I was browsing some retail websites. Almost all of them gave this game an average or bad score. Just look at Gamestop and Amazon review scores. Guess there are bots everywhere now, buying games and giving bad reviews.

You might want to check how your GOTY is currently rated by buyers/users on various online retailer websites. Highest it's getting is around 4/5. This game will be too damaged/divisive to win any GOTY.
