Fountain Pen shadow re-wrote them all as ToQ Zero and Right into ToQ -100 at one point, wihch drained them of their powers, or some nonsense.

Episode 8 of both series, and... Kamen Rider Black is still as good as I remember.
Gaoranger isn't... bad. Isn't good too. Kinda like ToQgers, I don't dislike any characters, but don't really like them. The villains are... meh. The animal ally part is kinda interesting. It's kinda a mix between old and new sentai, like Hurricanger, at least up to now. Weird that, save for red, they don't say anyone's names. I think the preview had Yellow's name, but I'm not sure.

Eh, I think everyone will understand if you call them mech or zord, anyway. I call them mech just to differentiate from PR's zords.
In Sentai, they always have different names; but I always call them Zords because PR always calls all of them that.

I always to do the same thing too.
I only call them the zords because if I call them "the robots", people don't understand what I'm saying.
I hate calling them Zords in Sentai. To me, it's like saying "Sentai is like Power Rangers!", but I also do that for practicality sake.

When referring to specific mech, I try to use the name.
But I use Zords/Megazords as an overall umbrella term for the giant robots of Sentai.
Speaking of PR. Possible choices to play Jason, Zack, and Kimberly in the 2017 movie.
I imagine the first big news blowout will be SDCC next year. By then, the movie will be six months off.

That episode ended up better than the movie it advertised. Mars actually appears menacing there in his brief cameo...

I've always wondered how protective Saban is with the PR brand.
That's definitely one of the downsides. Noam Kaniel's music is pretty bad. I wasn't expecting the same as Kyoryuger but something that wasn't generic sounding rock made on a keyboard would be nice.
Sadly, we won't lose Kaniel because he's Saban's student.

That was pretty good.
Enjoyed the rivalry between Tyler and Ivan, even if the resolution was a bit rushed. But they've got good chemistry going.
I recall this Kyoryuger episode had all six in the cockpit (especially since the formation of Raiden Kyoryuzin was hype as fuck) but it was a nice touch to only make it Red and Gold. A shame the music hurts the scene.
I did like the original footage at the end with the TriStegoPtera formation going into space. It's almost like PR has a budget again.

Gotta say, it didn't catch me like Drive did...but like I said, subs might help.
It seems like a lot of shit happened in this episode, and next looks like they're introducing things quickly, so I guess we're getting a pretty brisk pace.
