GF's away, little guy's at my folks overnight - the plan was to have a gamer's day while drinking a bit, then meet up with some friends around midnight downtown. The gaming went well enough - Riddick and Far Cry, but the drinking got slightly outta hand. Now I'm not in any shape to drive into Vancouver, but I'm too sober to just go to bed.

We all been there... my least favourite part of serious drinking is that spinning feeling when you finally lay down in the dark and you can't help but feel like the bed is falling and spinning and falling.

I get that feeling if I drink like more then 2 beers, and it always ends in 3-4 sessions of heavy vommiting which isn't really pleasent. Remember kids, vomiting is the first sign of alcohol poisoning, you are well on the road to dying from booze if you keep it up!

Still going out. She came home for summer so that's 4 months, but she's on vacation right now for a month in Turkey with her family (where they're from). She'll be back on July 9th, so I'll see her on the 10th.

I don't miss her as much as I should, is this normal? We've been going out since March 31st of last year, and a lot of that has been long distance. I guess this is when things will settle down a bit, but I think on *my* side, they're a little too quiet...and a break up eventually (eventually, so vague ) wouldn't be surprising. The fact that I can just talk like this hurts...

Especially when I know, it'd take forever for her to get herself back together :-\

So I'll see. Hopefully things pick up a bit. They're not *bad* right now, but they're not super awesome...just, normal.

Edit: And for those who care, she got a brow wax when she came back. I didn't say anything, she did it herself. Caught me off guard b/c a long time ago, I think around Xmas, I just mentioned 'why don't you get your eyebrows waxed' or whatever when we were talking about me dying my hair and stuff like that, and she totally opposed the idea lol!

I just spent the past 2-3 hours driving around the highways and watching the sunset. Great feeling. No cars at all. I was going 100 most of the time. Now I'm ready for some sleep.
