Considering Hellsing Ultimate was 99.8% uncut, nothing is too graphic.
The only part that was cut was Seras' mother's corpse getting raped

completely forgot about IBO S2, but I would imagine that'll be a while since it won't be considered a broadcast dub, & yeah, ratings will depend as well.
Looking at the list, this is kind of the problem I have when I think about giving in & subbing to Crunchyroll, because some seasons there's almost nothing I want to watch, but then others, there's a decent amount. I honestly should just get a platinum account & watch stuff via PS4, then just not renew when there's not as much stuff. I kind of just wish I had someone to share it with to make it feel more "worth it", even if it's only $7/mo.

I know it's easy to proclaim 'why allow violence but not necrophilia DOUBLE STANDARDS' but in this case I argue it's much easier to suspend one's disbelief for a monster being a monster (something that has no basis in real life) and rape (something that does).

so yeah drifters should be fine and will likely come since it is basically just a new hellsing series given how it looks and who made it

To be fair, I dunno how big of a pool they have to work with considering they're only airing stuff that's animated (or has a significant animation component to it); electronic stuff having animated music videos more often would not surprise me.
I think the limit is straight-up porn.
at this point, it's more of a silly joke/reference considering it's the most extreme thing we've seen on Toonami along with the twins from Black Lagoon, though you make a valid point. Also cultural differences & all that.
That's kind of what made me more interested since I didn't want to bother with multiple streaming services to figure out "okay, Funimation Now has this show, but Crunchyroll has this", meaning if I can have just about everything I want on one service (in this case Crunchyroll), then it feel like I'd be getting more for my buck & easier to keep track of who has what.
That, & for some reason, I'm having a weird line of thought of "if I had someone to share this with, I'd be more willing to get it." I'd share it with my best friend who finally has internet, but only through his phone.
& saying certain swear words. See: Black Lagoon's bleep fest.

General:
-Words like 'fuck', 'cocksucker', and 'dick'
-blurred or removed nipples (Space Dandy, Samurai Champloo, probably another I'm forgetting)
Black Lagoon:
-3 second scene with children in pools of blood
Hellsing Ultimate:
-Necrophilia scene
Kill la Kill:
-Crop of Ryuko getting whipped by Gamagori (this one was probably the oddest choice)
-Same episode as above, ~15 seconds of Ryuko getting propped up in a suggestive pose or something
-Satsuki and Mom time in bath (this was probably the largest cut)
-I believe Satsuki getting 'touched' while locked up was also cut by like a second
-EDIT-Added: Cropped close up of Ryuko's torso somewhere early on.
-Probably something else I'm forgetting.

The best part of klk on toonami was the fanservice followed by "we should have known better then to talk about anime" bumps
There was a point where they couldn't say "Jesus" on Adult Swim. This lead to Professor Farnsworth's "Sweet Zombie Jesus" phrase being censored, and likely the cancellation of Don Hertzfeldt's short "Rejected" from airing (the words "Sweet Jesus!" appear)
KlK had some weird ones during the first half, like the mentioned whipped scene, & that one where they did another zoom-in but then cropped that by zooming in even more.
Also yes, kind of surprised how much they got away with in the 2nd half, but then again, it was pretty much barbie doll bodies at that point.
