Even if Toei put this much effort into remastering Kai it'd still have the problem of duck taping different art styles from different episodes together to get rid of filler.

The weird thing about Tank is that they should have been able to do a much better cut then that with very little effort with how much the song repeats. It feels like they just randomly clicked a huge chunk in the middle and hit delete and called it a day without listening to it once.
