It's a simuldub release being aired on Toonami first, similar to what happened with My Hero Academia Season 1 on FunimationNow.Lmao this promo is in Japanese. Guess they were cutting it close with the English dub.

I read the manga until it seemed like it had been forever and they still haven't made it to the fuckin basement, so I gave it up.

At least they don't have to stretch out the first arc for 7 episodes. The arc they are covering is pretty good IMO.
