We are aware. Are we not allowed to critique it? A show can be both appealing to kids and adults - this is failing at the latter to any adult who understands the concept of proper pacing. I understand they were under some awkward restrictions (DON'T catch up to the manga, etc.) but that doesn't make the final product any more bearable.

Not really. Avatar was the same sort of show and it never had pacing this bad. The pacing will improve dramatically after this arc and proves my point. There's no reason for it to be this bad and they realized it.
